At www.terrikay.com, we collect contact information from orders placed, e-mails, and letters sent
from customers and visitors. If a customer pays for an order directly to us with a credit card, we
also collect the credit card information. If a customer pays for an order with a credit card through
the PayPal service, then we will not collect or even be informed of, the customer's credit card
information. PayPal (paypal.com) processes the payment and the charge or bank debit and does not
share the credit card or checking account information with individual merchants, including Terri
Kay.

regarding ISP, browsers, and page hit counts for the purpose of determining general web traffic
and popularity of our web pages. This general information is not used for any other purpose.
Remove
"Removing" refers to the process by which personally identifiable information, upon request, is
removed. Because of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to delete a consumer's
entry without some residual information. An individual who requests to have personally identifiable
information removed will be functionally deleted. We will not sell, transfer, or use the information
